how to read books

In order to understand one chapter of a physics book, one needs to solve numerous problems and try to approach the same problem from many different angles. Try not to hurry and enjoy one problem at a time, then, I should be able to understand a book better with deeper knowledge. Also, even when I don't have answers to problems, I can be convinced of the result if I think long enough. This is what it means to be an idependent physicist. I should be albe to judge whether an answer is correct or not.
